[CRISP-TEAM] Metadata in docx file

I have just noticed that the .docx file has some metadata 
identifying it as a RIPE document.  I think we should change this. 
I used LibreOffice to convert the document to HTML, and it placed 
the text "RIPE IANA RFP.docx" in the HTML "Title" ofthe resulting 
file.

I don't know what the user interface looks like in Microsoft Wors, 
but in LibreOffice I click on File -> Properties -> Description, 
and I see:

Title: RIPE IANA RFP.docx

Please could we change this to something like "CRISP Team Draft", 
possibly with a date and/or draft number.

There are also a lot of things under "Custom Properties", 
including "Company: Internet Society", which may not be appropriate.
