[CRISP-TEAM] [NRO secretariat] NRO CRISP website improvements

Hello German

This looks good. May I suggest that, on the front page of the NRO website,
there is a "Quick Reference Points" link to the CRISP team, seeing that
there are lots of activities here at this time.
