[CRISP-TEAM] ianaxfer summary discussion in PDF format

Hi,

I know that our community is sensitive to files in proprietary formats. 
Therefore, would it be possible to publish the IANA xfer summary discussion 08012015 excel sheet in PDF format? 

I've made a PDF from the excel sheet, formatted for easy viewing which I have attached. 

(But if one person maintains the xls, maybe it's better to publish the PDF generated from that to keep the formatting consistent if there are updates to it?)
