+1 and in case German is waiting for my confirmation, please go head and
post this version (clean & redline) on the NRO website.

 - Clean 2nd draft proposal
 - Redline 2nd draft proposal
 - the spreadsheet Alan has sent (to you privately the clean version)
 - Mark 1st draft and edited version as outdated

please let me know.

I'll confirm and send out the announcement to IANAXFER list.

Also to IETF and names community list, as we did for the edited version
(if I don't observe objections within the next 30 minutes).
