[CRISP-TEAM] Actions Items for NRO Secretariat before 2nd draft publish

Hi German,


For your reference, I listed all the action items for NRO Secretariat,
which needs to be completed in preparation for Second draft publish.

I don't think I added anything new, but please do let me know if you
have any questions or issues.


 1. Publish documents for 2nd draft on CRISP Team website
    a) 2nd draft to be sent by Michael before UTC12:00 8th Jan
       (Both redline & clean)
    b) Status List to be sent by Izumi before UTC12:00 8th Jan
       (The usual excel file we regularly update)

 2. Share the URLs for documents on 1, on CRISP Team mailing list
    (To be reflected in the announcement)

 3. Version control of draft proposals
    In terms of priorities, it's absolutely essential that 1st draft
    and edited version are marked as "outdated", both on NRO CRISP Team
    Website and each of the documents themselves.

 4. Reflect info about IANAXFER & CRISP Team ML on NRO CRISP Team page
    They are for transparency to the community in our process.

    a) How to subscribe to the ianaxfer list
    b) The ianaxfer mailing list archives
    c) CRISP Team ML and its archives
