Hi Michael,

I have the following changes for you to incorporate.

1. Review committee.

Please extract the review committee issues from the file named
"CRISP IANA PROPOSAL Draft with Review Committee issues 20150106-redline.docx"
which I shared in an email message with these headers:

I changed "Service level agreement" to "Contract and Service level
agreement" in a heading, added a paragraph just above "Establishment of
a Review Committee", and make many changes under "Establishmentof a
Review Committee".

Please also insert this text, which was agreed after I posted the .docx
file:

Such reviews shall be conducted at some time during the last 12 
months of the term of the proposed contract or its successors, 
or at any time on request from the Boards of at least two of the 
RIRs, and shall in any case be conducted not less than once every 
three years.

2. IPR for in-addr.arpa and ip6.arpa.

Please use this text, agreed between me and Andrei:

It is important that through the stewardship transition the IPR 
status of the registries is clear and ensures free unlimited 
access to the public registry data. It is the expectation of the 
RIR communities that the public number resource registries are in 
the public domain.

It is also the expectation of the RIR communities that non-public 
information related to the IANA number resource registries and 
corresponding services, including the provision of reverse DNS 
delegation in IN-ADDR.ARPA and IP6.ARPA, is managed by the IANA 
operator and will be transferred to its successor(s) along with 
relevant rights.

It is the preference of the RIR communities that all relevant 
parties acknowledge that fact as part of the transition.

the AFRINIC CEO to major community mailing lists, indicating 
intent of the Board to make appointments by 12 Nov 2014.
