Thanks Alan. I don't know if it's just my enviroment but wasn's able to
open the file you sent me. It doesn't recognize it as Excel.

I don't think it's necessary to re-send to IANAXFER list now.

An observer from JPNIC was at the last call and should be fine to
publish the updated one with other issues status,  at the same time as
2nd draft publishing. Thank you for the offer though!
