I can't fill in the placeholder <INCLUDE CRISP TEAM SELECTION 
PROCESS FOR AFRINIC>, because the Afrinic web site is not working 
for me (I keep on getting "the connection was reset").

Ernest, please could you provide some text for this?  I think we 
should include the data of the call for nominations, a link to an 
archived email message for the call, the closing date of the call 
for nominations, the number of nominations received, the date of 
the announcement, a link to an archived email message for the 
announcement, and links to relevant web pages.
