Andrei and CRISP Team,
I think this captures the point we agreed very well. Thank you for this
excellent texts.
I also found the additions you made were helpful, including adding
captions before each paragraph which describes each element of our proposal.
As related to a point raised on IANAXFER, I wonder if we want to
describe our acknowlegement that transfer to IETF Trust is something
which needs coordination with other communities such as:

other communities of IANA functions, namely for protocol parameters and
names.

If there is a reason you feel we shouldn't describe it, I'd be
interested to hear and not a must to include in that case.
