[CRISP-TEAM] Secretariat support for crisp Meeting on 7th January

I'm sorry to know about the clash with the ASO AC Meeting.

This is a backup call and it's OK for us as long as we have a webex
session environment but hope this is OK for NRO Secretariat.

Please let me know if it helps to move the meeting time one hour ahead,
for example.
