Thanks Alan for the suggested draft, and posting the suggestion to the
IANAXFER list.

I see the feedback from Andrew Sullivan that the suggested draft
statisfies his point. I think we can consider that we have a general
agreement on how we address this point.

I realise I hadn't reflected this point on Excel.

I'd appreciate it if you could add this issue on Excel (it's a post from
Andrew Sullivan "Comments on CRISP proposal")

 - CRISP Team Status: Consideration completed. the text from Alan
   Barrett on the IANAXFER list to be incorporated in the second draft
 - Action(s) suggested in CRISP Team discussions: the text from Alan to
   be incorporated in the second draft. "delegation of subdomains below
   the IN-ADDR.ARPA and IP6.ARPA domains"
