Attached is the upated version of issues list which needs CRISP Team
considerations. Letters in red are updates from the 6th call.

I added comments from Andrew Dull, since the 20141229 version.

Apologies I couldn't share this earlier. If possible, it would be
helpful if you could post this on the CRISP Team website as a reference
material for the 7th call.
