I am not aware of a timeline for a response.  I suggest that we try to
respond in less then 2 weeks.

I suggest that our next steps should be:

1. Izumi, as CRISP Team chair, or Paul, as the one who asked the 
questions, forwards the questions to the ianaxfer list.

2. The community mightor might not discuss the questions.

3. The CRISP Team immediately starts drafting a response, not 
waiting for community discussion, but following the community 
discussion if there is any.

4. The CRISP Team posts the draft response to the ianaxfer list.

5. After two days, the CRISP Team sends the response.

These questions were asked during the ICG face to face meeting in 
Singapore just over a week ago.  I think that good answers would 
include quotes from the proposal.
