[CRISP-TEAM] Missing element in section IV

Thank you Alan for pointing this out - We did indeed overlooked this part.

At this stage, I think we are able to at least say that the SLA draft
text and the broad principles and core components of the Review
Committee will be ready before the transition but we need to confirm
more details with RIRs to provide intermediate milestone.

May I confirm whether this is a question from the ICG with an expected
date to repond or this is something you happened to notice Alan?

Either way we certainly need to address it but how we handle once we
have summarized the information may be different, depending this,
including possible deadline.
