I like Alan's suggestions as well - thank you.
I agree with Andrei's additional suggested change. That is more in line
with the state of the discussions with the community and cannnot totally
commit to the change at this stage.

Today has been so hecktick full of meetings, so I will take a look in
details around UTC15:00 and share the updated draft.
