Strictly speaking this will depend on whether the community is able to
reach consensus regarding these modifications. So we cannot say simply
Yes. I like Izumi's proposal better.

We can ask the community for clarification, if any ambiguity regarding
the stated expectations and preferences is staying in the way, but quite
honestly I do not see it either.
