[CRISP-TEAM] ICG appointment

Dear CRISP Team members,

As you may know, Adiel Akplogan is leaving AFRINIC.  He is also 
stepping down from the ICG.  The NRO EC has appointed me to join 
the ICG in place of Adiel, but I don't think that this has been 
announced yet.

I have been assured that there is no conflict of interest between 
my existing position in the CRISP Team and the new position in the 
ICG.
