[CRISP-TEAM] Constitution of AFRINIC Review Commttee members at Afrinic 23

Greetings,

AFRINIC finalized the process of selecting members for the IANA function
Review Committee at the Special General Members Meeting that was held
yesterday on 3 December 2015 at AFRINIC 23 in Pointe Noire, Congo.

It was agreed that AFRINIC ASO-AC members will serve as the RC members.
