Thanks Bill for sharing this - apologies this came through over the weekend and just realised this post.

It probably would be good to share with the RIRs.
I think this would be good to share as a reference to the global list, as it may be of an interest for some members of our community to know this, in the wider context of how it affects the process of updating the root zone.

I don't know if the CRISP Team would be in a position to share our comment on this, in the context of affecting the number community proposal.
That's just my initial impression and would be interested to hear from the others.
