So, this is the other shoe dropping.  Do we have any comment on it?  Noting that it’s not so much an open-and-transparent-bottom-up-multistakeholder process, so we’re not being _asked_ for input on it.  But it certainly affects us, as constituents of the IANA function and users of .ARPA.
