[CRISP-TEAM] CRISP Team revised charter

Dear CRISP team,
I'm happy with the revised charter.
I wondered  if  it can be wrong if we can add one more article,  6,  and
update the article 3 like:
3. The CRISP team shall meet  via teleconference for its activities,
however the team can  meet once a year during one ICANN meeting.
6. During the first three years, the CRISP team should time to time check
whether the new ICANN model is working in regard to the PTI numbers aspect.
