Yes, very good point. My personal opinion is that opening up the numbers
proposal for modifications is a bad idea. The numbers community was very
clear about the requirement that the trademark and iana.org domain are
not associated with a particular IANA Numbering Services Operator (ICANN
is the current model).

I think forming the team Jonathan suggested makes sense, but if the
objective is to explore how we can meet the needs of other communities
within this requirement.

As to the composition, I think having representatives from the RIRs
would be helpful.
