Excellent Andrei.

Thank you very much for volunteering to work on Q2 and Q3.

Indeed, most of the questions are covered either through our response to the CWG or in our proposal submission (Q.5 -Q.9), so we just need to make some broad additional points from the perspective of a single proposal.
The most challenging one in my opinion is Q.10 but I'm sure this is something we are able to respond as well : We have not prepared a formal response but something we acknowledge as important to explain.

[Andrei]
Q2. Compatibility and interoperability
Q3. Accountability

[Open to volunteers]
Q1. Completeness and clarity
Q4. Workability
Q5. Supports and enhances the multistakeholder model
Q6. Maintains the security, stability, and resiliency of the DNS
Q7. Meets the needs and expectations of the global customers and partners of the IANA services
Q8. Maintains the openness of the Internet
Q9. Any concerns that the proposal is replacing NTIAs role with a government-led or inter-governmental organization solution
Q10. The implementation of the proposal will continue to uphold the NTIA criteria in the future
Q11. ICG report and executive summary accurately reflect all necessary aspects of the overall proposal
Q12. Any general comments for the ICG about the proposal

Volunteers welcome on the remaining questions!

Regards,
Izumi
