[CRISP-TEAM] [COB 4th Aug] Call for volunteers & timelines for submission

CRISP Team,


I'd like to call for volunteers to draft CRISP response to 12 questions from the ICG.

 - Volunteers for any questions:
    Let us know how many questions you can help in drafting
 - If you wish to draft response to a particular question(s), please specify: 
    Will assign on first come basis

Please express on the CRISP mailing list by the COB Tue 4th Aug if you can help.

You can contact Nurani and I individually for any questions if feel more comfortable that way.


Draft timelines: (Feedback welcome)

 Tue 10th Aug      : Rough draft response per question
                     Online feedback from the CRISP Team

 Thu 12th Aug      : Discussions at the CRISP call

 Tue 18th/Wed 19th : Circulate draft final response online

 Wed 19 / Thu 20   : Final comment at the CRISP call

 Mon 24th Aug      : Merge the responses, share on the ianaxfer list

 Thu 3rd Sep       : Close comments from the ianaxfer list
                     Focus on whether the CRISP Team response is not saying anything against community consensus. 
                     Each community members are encourage to make their own submission.

 8th Sep           : Submission to the ICG with incorporated feedback from the ianaxfer list


In addition to the two steps (rough & final drafts), I recommend the volunteers to share bullet points on core messages per question on 7th Fri and circulate to the CRISP list for feedback.
This is too avoid the need to rework on draft response.
