[CRISP-TEAM] Preparation for comment for the ICG proposal (Re: Announcement from the CRISP Team on the ICG proposal)

Hi All,
Looking at the 12 questions from ICG, I also feel we can adequately answer
them. I'm not sure what Nurani meant by "depth", but I am sure we have
answered some of these questions either in the CRISP proposal or on other
forums. For example, The five Questions on weather the proposal meets the
NTIA Criteria, I believe we have answered them before. That leaves us with
7 questions.
