We are at a very delicate stage in the transition process, the team must
remain united and supportive. Only the statements contained in the minutes
of our meetings are binding. Is it said somewhere in those minutes that the
 CRISP should negociate something with ICANN ?  I think NO, so this
confusion must be corrected.
