The current charter is limited to the development of the proposal and
any further revisions to this. If the CRISP team involvement is
envisaged for the SLA development then the role must be clearly defined
and communicated to the community, and the charter should be updated
accordingly. IMO, being fuzzy and informal about this can bite us in the
future.
