[CRISP-TEAM] Update: Teleconference with NRO EC

CRISP Team,



I'd like to inform you that I am invited to join the regular teleconference of the NRO EC today at UTC11:00 21st April. 
I am told Nurani is invited as well - while I haven't confirmed with her yet, as the invitation was sent out today.

My understanding of the idea is to share the issues which needs better communication with NRO EC on the CRISP Team proposal implementation and the role of the CRISP Team.
I'll consult the team about anything which needs agreement as the CRISP Team. My apologies for the short notice for this coming call.

I welcome any observations/comments you may have between now and the call at UTC11:00 today (4/21).

I personally think it would be good to have regular opportunity of communication with NRO EC like this, sharing discussions points with the CRISP Team in advance from next time.
Perhaps, it would also be useful to have a face to face meeting at ICANN53 with NRO EC and the CRISP Team members who will be in Buenos Aires.



What comes to my mind for discussions with NRO EC are:
 
 1. Confirm with NRO EC: RIRs will be making a public statement
     - Acknowledging the CRISP Team proposal and expected implementation timeline

 2. Confirm status of the implementation : SLA and Review Committee

 3. The role (if any) of the CRISP Team in future discussions
     - Including contents of NRO website with summary of community discusssions on the SLA

 4. Other update from the CRISP Team
     - 4/25 ICANN Board Panel about IANA Stewardship Transition (I will forward the information in a seperate e-mail)
     - Suggested teleconference with CWG-Stewardship Chairs
     - IPR: Comments have been raised from a CWG Names member
     - Teleconference with GAO: UTC13:00 Thu 23rd Apr
     - The next CRISP Team call: UTC13:00 Fri 24th Apr
