[CRISP-TEAM] Changes CRISP content in NRO website

Good point Bill. Actually same goes for APNIC39.

To avoid confusion about the CRISP team process and RIR process, may I suggeste to have a seperate webpage, linked from the CRISP page with a list of RIR meetings and mailing lists related to this.
i,e., RIRs meetings where discussions on implementation took/will take place and also RIR meetings and mailing lists where we had discussions in developing the proposal.

All information is already available (past RIR meetings and mailing lists for proposal development is listed in the CRISP proposal), so I suspect this is not complicated.

What do you all think?
German, I hope this won't cause too much workload/complications for NRO secretariat and please let us know if you have any concerns.
