[CRISP-TEAM] Slide Deck CRISP Proposal

Hi German,

Good to know that a final version will be out this week. As of right now I
think the plan is to use this for the CRISP panel and discussion at ARIN
35 next Monday. As an FYI the session is scheduled for 11 am - 12 pm
Pacific Time.
