[CRISP-TEAM] Selecting a new vice-chair

Thanks Alan, Andrei.
Unless there are other suggestions, we can continue expressing nomination and support on the mailing list, then confirm at the next CRISP call, to be the first thing on the agenda.
For fairness for clearness, nominations are now open and I call for people to express support for the current nominee (Nurani) or anyone else.
I actually feel uncomfortable making such a call being a voting member myself, so I would like suggest NRO Secretariat or a non-voting member lead this process, and chair this part at the call.
(while I'm sure it won't be complicated as it sounds!)
