[CRISP-TEAM] Selecting a new vice-chair

Dear CRISP Team,

As you know, I will be leaving the CRISP team in a few days.  The 
CRISP Team will need to select a new vice chair.

I suggest that the selection if a new vice chair be done during 
this week's call.  The new vice chair can be seated in time for 
the proposed teleconference between the Names CWG leaders and the 
CRISP Team leaders.

Section 6 of the CRISP Team's charter says:

    The CRISP Team shall select a Chair and Vice-Chair at its
    first meeting (who shall be community members appointed from
    different regions), ...

so I suggest adapting the process that we used during our first 
meeting.  Eligible persons will be the community members from 
regions other than APNIC.
