Thank you Alan for the draft, and Andres & Mwnedwa for the feedback.
I see Andres is agreement with the draft by Alan.
Mwendwa, I note you think we should have a line to describe how the
Review Committee shall be constituted.
To undertand your point more accurately, would you help me clarify
whether it's sufficient to state the Review Team should be appointed by
the 5 RIR communities, or you have something more in mind?
