Thank you so much Michael, for relecting the additional change as well.

It looks good and since I see no other comments, let's post this on the
NRO website as version 1.1.

German, I'd appreciate it if you could help us post this draft.
We can number the 1st draft published on 12/19 as version 1.0.

As suggested by Alan at the 5th call, I think it really helps to
seperate "meeting materials" and "official CRISP documents/information".

I'll make a seperate thread for preparing the announcement for edited
version.
