I agree it is related to the numbers registries, explicitly mentioning
the use of iana.org.

I agree Mwendwa . We should consider an equivalent statement for the
number resources in our draft proposal unless we hear any objections.
It is worth checking not just Section III but also other Sections where
IETF proposal refers to iana.org to make sure our response covers what
we need to describe. For example, I expect we need to describe this in
Section I as well.
Any volunteer to draft it?
(not only for Section III but to ensure this would be properly described
in the whole of of our draft proposal)
