[CRISP-TEAM] Version control of the drafts

CRISP Team,


On the 5th call, we discussed about version control of the draft proposals.

Following suggestions were made:

  - Clarify in each draft document it is outdate
    (for those who click document links directly)
  - Seperate a webpage for CRISP Team meetig materials and
    documents which are officially providing reference/calling for
    comments to the community as CRISP Team
  - Version control of each draft (like in the IETF)

Please give your feedback within the coming 24 hours if you have
comments for any of the suggestions above.

I'd also very much welcome comments from German, if there is anything
which cannot be accomodated.

Thank you German for already reflecting "Outdated" and "Latest" labels
in CRISP Team Meeting materials.
