Thanks Alan. I agree with your suggestion, which is consistent with the
IETF draft proposal as well.
(I note failed to reflect it in the version I sent right after the call,
while you did make this comment during the call - thanks for bringing
this up here)

Agreed. I simply copied the previous text rather than as a preference.
