In section I, under "What registries are involved in providing the
service or activity", I think that the question refers to IANA
registries, so the answer should say something about IP addresses and AS
numbers, not RIRs. Adapting the text from the answer to "A description
of the service or activity", I'd say something like this:

What registries are involved in providing the service or activity

The most relevant IANA registries are the IPv4 address registry,
the IPv6 address registry, and the ASN registry. Delegation of
"IN-ADDR.ARPA" and "IP6.ARPA" domain names also requires interaction
    with the .ARPA zone registry.

Also, at the first use of ASN under "A description of the service or
activity", I suggest expanding the acronym to "Autonomous System Numbers
(ASNs)".

Do we want to use apostrophes in pluralised acronyms, like "ASN's" and
"RIR's", or write them without apostrophes as "ASNs" and "RIRs"? I
prefer them without apostrophes, but whatever we choose, we should check
for consistent use of the same style throughout the document.
