[CRISP-TEAM] NRO website and CCG announcement

CRISP Team,


Please spread words about:
  -  The release of the initial draft in your region, and
  -  Encourage your community to join the global discussions.

The official point of feedback is ianaxfer at nro.net since the whole CRISP
team members cannot follow all discussions in each RIR region.

On the other hand, with regards to regional mailing lists:

  - Discussions can ofcourse continue in each regional list.
    This helps in giving us rough ideas whether a particular region is
    comfortable with changes from their regional proposal.

  - It is one of the expected roles of CRISP Team members to share
    discussions and perspectives from your region on the global list,
    to be coordinated with discussions in each region.

This is what we discussed in the 4th call and observed no objections
from who were at the call (correct me if I am wrong).

Please let me know if anyone has other thoughts.
