[CRISP-TEAM] Updated Draft Proposal

Hello CRISP Team,

It was a pleasure speaking with all of you earlier today.  Please find attached an updated version of our draft proposal (both redline and clean versions) wherein you will observe the following:

(1) The suggested revised text on overlap reflecting both Andrei and Alan’s comments (page 1-2);
(2) Hearing no other comments on Nico’s desired edit, the paragraph regarding establishment of a Review Committee now reads “The NRO Executive Council shall establish a Review Committee” (page 8); and
(3) The language referencing the proposal to amend the ASO MOU has been removed entirely (page 8-9).

I believe this captures the desired edits from our most recent discussions, but please review and let me know if there are any additional issues or something I may have missed.
