[CRISP-TEAM] Important: Update on the 4th Call

CRISP Team,

I'd like to share key updates from the 4th call.

We are planning to make an announcement at 4:00 am UTC 20 Dec.

On the two points we spent a lot of time on the last call,
we have agreed to the following:

1. Removal of ICANN board approval on the global PDP
   We deleted the whole paragraph which mentions global PDP
   Rationale is explained in my latest email

2. Reflected suggested text on Review Committee by Andres & Michael
