[CRISP-TEAM] Suggested text: Review Commitee

Hello Izumi and rest of the CRISP Team,

For the groups review and comment, please find attached a clean and
redline version of the updated draft proposal.  In this version, you will
observe inclusion of revisions to the language regarding the issue of
ICANN Board ratification that was discussed yesterday.  As you all saw, I
proposed initial language; and based on helpful feedback from Bill and
Alan, I updated the language as you will see in this draft.

In addition, Izumi was kind enough to propose language on the Review
Committee issue which I have also discussed with Andres and in this draft,
you will observe a slight update to Izumi¹s initial proposed language.  I
tried to capture the nature of the comments as well as make it in line
with the rest of the proposal language.

Please let me know if I have missed anything or if there are any desired
edits.  I assume there will be substantive discussion of these edits on
the call today.
