I have edited the text, which now talks in terms of "The RIRs, acting
together through the NRO, can commit to convening a community group ". I
hope this is acceptable.
The updated document is attached here.
I don't believe we can, or should, remove the references to NRO completely.
This is, after all, a process undertaken under the auspices of the NRO, by a
team of members operating under the NRO charter. It is the result of
existing commitments made by each RIR to the others, under the NRO MOU. In
my view, it is not within the prerogative of any CRISP team members to alter
this position.
