Thanks Craig for this,

I will try answer every question in different emails.

The originla phrase should have said ¨The NRO-EC should ASK¨ and I
missed the K.

Regional diversity is already a guarantee when the council has 3 members
from each region. The ¨diversity of approach¨ is something that has to
be considered also.

Exactly. We had a open discussion in Mauritius but I was in my personal
capacity that day.

The added value of this proposal is that we are making a collective
effort between Esteban, Nicolas and me, and that this ¨comprimise
alternative¨ has been discussed together with the regional leaders for
the IANA Stewardship transition team in the LACNIC region.
