Thanks for clarifying this Craig. I also feel Alan's suggestion sounds
pragmatic, at least in terms of selecting NRO representatives.

I think it takes resources to select members every year. In addition, in
terms of continuity and consistency of the review, it may be worth
considering whether selecting members every year would best serve this
purpose.

I note this would be a decision for the NRO EC to make -

Taking this in consideration, if other CRISP members have comments about
this as well, we can perhaps consider  possibility of putting comments
from CRISP team to be shared to NRO EC as reference.
