[CRISP-TEAM] Suggested revisions expressed so far

I very much agree Andrei. I got the same impression.

For the same reason (interest of time), I am suggesting to address this
point, at least for V. NTIA Requirements. It's important we clearly show
we meet their requirement.

I felt this section may be weak compared to others and may be worth
considering the need for additional description. (we probably have no
time so perhaps do it through open comments process beyond 18th)

In the check I did, I did try to cross check with questions and my
general impression was we are OK on other sections, as long as we change
orders. - I would still appreciate double checks by other members though.
