Thanks Michael. Good idea about the last call for further comments.

As I just sent my checking points on the draft, I have a few points I
would like to suggest for the need for consideration actually.
(sorry I couldn't do this earlier - I feel bad!)

If there is anything you are not sure whether to reflect, perhaps you
could share them at the teleconference. I hope this works for you and
please do raise it if you have any requests/questions to make the
editing work easier for you.

Again, I appreciate your accepting to get all the comments in the draft.
