Thank you German and LACNIC staff,

A few suggestions:

> AR described the content in each section (1-6 ) of the draft proposal and
> highlighted that section 3 has a simple and straightforward approach,
> seeing the IANA services separated from the policy development process.

AR described the content in each section (1-6 ) of the draft proposal
and highlighted that section 3 presents a simple and straightforward
approach based on a contract with SLAs, seeing the IANA services are
separate from the policy development process.

> In relation to section 6 AR underlined that RIPE is the only RIR that has
> completed the community process.

In relation to section 6 AR mentioned that it is only filled for the
RIPE community and needs input from other regions.

> CN clarified NN questions about the role of the NRO in this process.

I think the question was regarding the contracting party (per the
Summary: "The NRO (as the umbrella body through which all the RIRs will
enter into any proposed contract with the IANA functions operator), so
perhaps a better way t phrase this is:

CN clarified NN questions about the role of the NRO in the envisaged
contractual arrangement.

And further I suggest deleting:
> After a brief discussion about the NRO EC role in all this process and how
> they will take notice of the report and recommendations of this group,

leaving simply:

AR clarified about the internal structure related to the SLA within the
IETF.

Thank you for the quick turnaround!

Andrei
