Hi
I sent notes for your review and comments. You can point out of course if you wish something in specific to be added/modified. I can incorporate your comments and publish them for the record in a newer version. Last time I offered 24 hours but if you, as team, need more time to review notes we can adjust the turnaround time.
We have summary, notes, formal minutes, transcription as options. For the sake of responsiveness I’m suggesting to adopt notes as a compromise for a quick production of written recording of the teleconference. Notes by nature are mean to be incomplete. I think summary could be too short, notes are acceptable, minutes too formal, transcripts require time otherwsise we need a more specialised service to produce transcripts right away.
If you wish a real transcription I might need to ask the NRO EC for resources as this service is specialised.
Recording of the meetings can be available. I’d need to check with tech staff how to get a pointer of the recording, also I’d need to investigate if the .arf proprietary of webex could be convert it to a more "friendly" extension. Working on it.
Please, May I ask, that we need clear consensus on this matters. As secretariat it’s impossible to comply with 10/15 personal preferences on how you want run the internal procedures.
- Time to review written records of the meetings
- Notes/formal minutes/transcripts
- Publications of recordings
regards
