[CRISP-TEAM] Time for future teleconferences: UTC 13:00 ?

Looks like all who have expressed comments are happy with UTC 13:00.

If no additional comments from others by the coming teleconference (UTC 
13:00 11 Dec), let's fix all our meetings time as 13:00 UTC.
